How big are the ice cubes exactly?
Each ice cube measures approximately 0.55 inches (14mm) — these are mini ice cubes, not standard freezer cubes.
Are the trays flimsy or hard to use?
No. The trays are made from durable, BPA-free plastic—not soft silicone—providing a sturdy, easy-to-fill design.
I’m having trouble releasing the ice — what’s the best method?
After freezing, let the tray sit at room temperature for 30–60 seconds, then gently twist. The mini cubes will release easily into the storage bin.
Water leaked from the top and only some cubes froze — what happened?
This usually occurs if the tray is overfilled, the lid isn’t fully sealed, or the tray isn’t placed on a flat surface.
