The Creality Sermoon S1 is a versatile professional 3D scanner built to deliver metrology-grade precision across a wide range of scanning tasks. It combines a 1+7+34 blue laser line system with NIR structured light: a single laser line reveals deep holes, narrow gaps, and recessed areas; 7 parallel lines capture fine surface detail with up to 0.1mm resolution; 34 cross lines quickly cover medium to large objects; and NIR structured light enables fast, marker-free scanning of large objects and the human body.

Scanning accuracy reaches up to 0.02mm, with volumetric accuracy of 0.02mm + 0.08mm/m, making the S1 suitable for high-accuracy, non-destructive inspection in automotive, manufacturing, reverse engineering, and art restoration applications.

An innovative 4-lens design adds a wide-angle camera alongside the standard stereo lenses, delivering data acquisition speeds up to 1,428,000 points per second and scanning frame rates up to 90fps for parallel and single-line modes, or 70fps for cross-line mode. A larger single-frame field of view, up to 506 x 433mm with laser lines, reduces the number of markers needed and improves tracking stability.

The scanning range spans from as small as 5 x 5 x 5mm to as large as 4000 x 4000 x 4000mm, covering everything from coins and bolts to entire vehicles.

The Sermoon S1 scans black and metal surfaces without spray powder and performs reliably both outdoors in bright light up to 100,000 lux and indoors in low light.

An AI-driven temperature compensation algorithm and efficient thermal management keep output stable during long scanning sessions, while One-Shot 3D imaging technology improves tracking stability and reduces frame drops caused by hand movement.

A 2MP RGB camera with dual-color LED texture lights delivers high-definition color reproduction.

The S1 pairs with CrealityScan 4.0 software for GPU-accelerated real-time scanning, animation-guided calibration, and AI-assisted model repair, and it supports wireless scanning when used with the optional Scan Bridge accessory. Scan data exports cleanly into professional software such as QuickSurface and Geomagic Design X for streamlined post-processing.
