Are the satellite speakers wall-mountable?

Unfortunately no, and id recommend staying away from these, I'm two for two from two different retailers and they both had multiple problems (including but not limited to random loose parts left in the subwoofer encasement)

Will this 5.1 system hook up to the 5.1 sound card I have or does it have to be all connected through the subwoofer inputs?

It will hook up to your 5.1 Card. All the speakers connect to the subwoofer, but all the through puts go to your 5.1 card or inputs on your board.

can i use this product without sound card and can i play music through a pendrive?

You can use this product without a sound card. However, it would best to make sure your motherboard is capable of using 5.1 surround sound. This Creative Inspire T6300 uses the black, orange, green cable inputs on your motherboard. If you do not have these, then you cannot. And if you are asking if you can directly plug in a pendrive and play then the answer is no. This system does not have its own usb port to accept that.

Depends what you mean by hook. there is a hole in the back that I'm sure you could finagle them onto, but these are more desktop-standing speakers than wall mounts.

compatible with the xbox?

Xbox does not have an audio jack insofar as I know, so it would have to be dependent upon the display device more than the actual console. Look for your standard 9mm(? headphones) input.
