how long are the cables that connect from subwoofer to the speakers?

Just eyeballing it, all of the cables that came with this are approximately 36 inches / 1 meter long. The computer audio cable is especially fragile. Luckily, they are not hard-wired into the subwoofer, so it would be to your advantage to have (or obtain) some extra longer RCA cables handy for good sound separation.

Does the remote have the ability to skip tracks and go back? For example, I use Windows Media player to listen to music on my PC and I want to be able to use the remote to skip to the next song, or go back to the start of a song, etc. Thanks!
