what do i plug the cable into i tried the hd sound cable but am unsure?

The 3.8mm audio cable, or whatever the number is that conects to the speakers , I plug it into each to see which works, because they all look the same to me, and I cannot see the symbols under them usually the port is green for speakers or headphones, and pink for microphone, but this has no color. I dont know what plugs into that big port, I thought it was a joystick port that is why I ordered it, but my joysticks dont fit, I emailed the company and was told it is a propriatory thing that only works on some other device,  I use a 40 in TV with my computer and a HDMI cable concect to the video card, and that orverides the sound card, so I dont even get to use it as a sound card, so I really have no answers for you , I am sorry I ordered the thing in the first place, since I cant even use it.

Does this board produce more volume than an onboard motherboard sound chip?

Will this plug into any pci express slot or pci express 16?

This is a full size PCI card, not the the PCI-E (or Express).  Mine auto detects in Win10 upon boot, sounds nice.
