Depends on the light configuration.  If I have it off, then 12 to 15 hours. Varies based on the lights but around 6 to 9 hours

What size are the ear cups, are they full size that go all around the ear or do they set on the ear?

full ear cups a little above avrage for padding fairly comfortable after long hours of use wirrles rage is awsome probly through most or all of your house through at least 3 to 4 walls sound quality is very good very nice wirrless head set i did get mine on sale for 50 but ar worth at least 80

I don't know if it works on Xbox 1 because I have it on a computer and it works great and it sounds very good

Negative, No sender No Go. its a 2.4 Ghz adapter very hard to find compatible transmitter that runs on same frequency.

You can use USB micro to USB cable & go from Wireless to Wired.
