is this cast iron cooking surface or is it teflon?

It is the non-stick surface. Super easy to clean and my go-to cooking device.

Remove from packaging. Clean it thoroughly. Plug it in. Turn it on, adjust the temperature settings. Preheat until it reaches desired temperature. Place food on the griddle and cook to your liking just as you would on any other grill/bar-b-que. Eat your food while it cools down. Clean thoroughly. Done!

What are the dimensions?

The appliance itself is roughly 13x11x6. The grill plates are 9.25x11.5 (inches). I use mine every day. I bought a second one so I could have a backup and 2 sets of plates.

The Griddler by Cuisinart has five cooking options: contact grill, panini press, full grill, full griddle and half-grill/ half-griddle. Featured are a 11" x 9" reversible non-stick grill/ griddle plates, an integrated drip tray, hinged floating cover which adjusts to the thickness of food and cooking plates to drain grease for healthier cooking.
