Well, I received a BLACK model of the NZXT phantom 820; I saw the picture and it did seem black to me but I took the description more serious than the picture since most pictures vary when it comes to actually seeing the product. so BEWARE when purchasing this, you're not actually getting the gunmetal steel color!

Overall Review: The name of this product should be changed to Refurbished: NZXT Phantom 820 BLACK steel;

Pros: Very clear, very customizable with the lighting, colors/etc it is a very cheap screen with 1 m/s response rate and at a very good size! good gaming monitor!

Cons: it can only be placed upon the stand that is given inside the box; it cannot be raised higher or lower except by tilting the screen back or forth. still a great monitor though.

Pros: Amazing pair of RAM, runs great, and the LEDs are bright and in working order! would definitely recommend

Cons: none really unless it comes defective
