3 years later, still works!

Pros: Hopped on NewEgg to buy a replacement carafe (I dropped mine >.< ) and figured I'd update my old review. Sorry some people had problems with this unit but 3 years later, mine still works! I even had a mishap with the dishwasher and melted a few pieces, but it's holding up like a tank, haha. Still heats, still grinds.
Cons: None, I'm pretty happy with it.
Not worth the money

Pros: Plex is awesome.
Cons: I'd normally be a bit skeptical about spending $10 plus shipping on a toy car, but I needed to make a minimum order and hoped this was one of those things that was nicer than the picture. It's not. It's very small...not much larger than a credit card. If it had a string, it might make a cute Christmas ornament, but alas, it does not. Mine arrived tagless and slightly dirty. I can't believe I wasted $15 on this.
Great if you snag it on sale

Pros: *Light-weight *Noob-Friendly *Starts instantly *Fully functional with no major glitches or dead parts *Decent for gaming
Cons: *Terrible speakers *Overheats quickly *Low battery life *No DVD drive *Windows 8/8.1 *Wouldn't pay the retail price for it.
Overall Review: Like many of the other reviewers, I purchased this in September 2013 when it went on Newegg-sale for $399. This goes above and beyond expectations for a laptop at that price-point. At that price, you just hope it works and won't die on you in a week. This not only works, it does neat tricks like starts up so quickly that the first few times, I was sure it was just waking from sleep and not fully booting from shut down. I wouldn't get too excited about it being an "ultrabook", but it is a very nice sub-$500 laptop. My husband and I use ours for doing school work and for a little gaming. It performs better than most non-gaming laptops, though we have never tried to play MMO-style games on it. We play games through Steam like Borderlands 2 (it can handle co-op mode). We do not use it daily, however. We use it on average about once a week. The battery only lasts about 3.5 hours if we're doing school work and less than 2 hours if gaming. Part of this could be due to the fact that we run a USB-powered laptop fan on ours due to overheating. Without the fan, it overheats no matter what we are doing within 15 minutes. We rarely use our laptop where we can't plug it into a wall, but it does not last very long without a charger. Overall, it's still a good laptop.
Pretty good

Pros: *Very easy to use. *Easy to clean. *Comes with a nice variety of recipes. I was able to bake my first loaf of basic white bread within minutes of taking the machine out of the box! *Versatile.
Cons: *Odd loaf size if you try to compare your homemade loafs to store-bought or handmade loafs. The loaves made by the machine are about half the length of "normal" loaves, but the loaves are thicker and more dense. I'm still adjusting to how to properly slice the bread for sandwiches. I wouldn't consider this enough of a con to lower the score of the breadmaker.
Overall Review: I haven't owned this for very long but I've played around with it quite a bit and really love it. I've used almost every cycle (except jam) and have used the recipes provided in the manual. As I mentioned above, despite the fact that store-bought loaves are only one pound, the loaves made by this are smaller in length, so depending on how the bread is sliced, you may only get "half" a loaf. Keep in mind, however, that fresh bread goes bad MUCH faster than store-bought bread. We've had no problems consuming the half-loaves before they start to go stale or mold. One minor side-note: I purchased this because I'd been buying very expensive organic bread and thought I'd save money by making my own. Sadly, I only save like 50 cents a loaf. BUT nothing compares to fresh bread (best air freshener ever), and this machine is so easy to use that it's almost as convenient as buying bread.
Made me love coffee!

Pros: *Affordable, yet sturdy. *Grinds beans perfectly every time *Lots of internal features it ensure you get a great cup of coffee
Cons: The cons actually don't bother me too much...enjoying my fresh and delicious coffee makes me forget about them completely. *Loud *7 parts to clean
Overall Review: I read the reviews before I purchased this, so I was prepared for the grinder being loud and there being a lot of parts, but it wasn't as bad as I expected. The grinder is about as loud as crushing ice in a blender, but it only lasts for about a minute, so even at 6am it's not unbearable. If you include the carafe, there are 7 parts that need to be cleaned after every brew (5 if you use pre-ground coffee), but they aren't too small or painstaking to clean. I wash them quickly while I let my coffee cool. I had a few mishaps the first few times I used it since it is a bit more involved than a normal coffeemaker, but if everything is set up correctly, the results are amazing. I'd also recommend still using a paper filter when grinding beans even though the instructions say it's not necessary just to ensure no grounds are getting in your cup.
Great Buy!

Pros: I had about $300 to spend on a new TV and managed to snag this one on sale. Best $300 I've ever spent! The picture is pretty impressive, crystal clear and super-sharp, much better than most Sony or Samsung TV's I've seen that are this size. The onboard sound is fine for my purposes. I'm not building a full "home theater" just yet and when I do, a separate speaker system will be a given. I took a bit of a chance since I'd never heard of this brand but considering I've yet to see another TV this size at this price, and it turned out to be a surprisingly high-quality product, I'm definitely glad I took the risk.
Cons: None so far!
