Pros: The hard drive is big, so it holds everything it's supposed to.

Cons: If you have a DVD in the DVD drive when you turn on the xbox, it red rings the xbox. Terrified me the first time it happened. It's only a few months old, so I know the xbox is still good, and I have two other friends that have come over numerous times with their hard drives to play games. I also took this hard drive home for Christmas to my in-laws because I knew my brother in law was getting an xbox for Christmas and didn't feel like taking all of my stuff, but it red ringed his too. It will only not do it if you turn the system on without a DVD in the drive.

Overall Review: Even without a DVD in the drive, it will sometimes freeze at the opening xbox logo. If I take the hard drive out, these problems NEVER happen. It's pretty sad that I have to do these things just to be able to install my games' extra content and play them.
