Great tool in the shed
Pros: Lots of functionality
Overall Review: Perfect size, not too big not too small that I lose it, as I have others. It has hdmi and Ethernet RJ-45 ports so that means it has to be big enough to support those cable connectors. I have used it with a Samsung Chromebook Plus, a MacBook Pro 2019 and a Dell XPS 15. It works flawlessly. One thing to note is that the USB C port is for Power Delivery not accessory use. So it is for pass through power not for plugging in your headphones. Very happy with this product. Lots of functionality in the right sized package.
Slow and Broke
Pros: Not many options for FM2 in mITX format. The WEFI firmware update function worked like a champ. Relatively easy to use.
Cons: The Motherboard was rather slow. It seemed to underclock the processor to 14x more often than desired. Then it died after 45 days.
Overall Review: It had been working fine (although slow) for a month and a half, on firmware 1.1, then I wanted to update the firmware to see if the performance improved. I did so, but performance did not improve. I turned the dehumdifier function on and rebooted, and everything was normal for a few hours. I put the machine to sleep, and woke up the next day and the system would not post. Took everything unessential out of the rig, still would not post. Switched PSU's (original was a seasonic, substitue was a coolermaster) and still nothing. Took it out of case, rinse and repeat, still nothing =(. I guess we will see what ASrock suppor has to say.
Worked great, until it didn't.
Pros: Not huge, and did the job mostly. I used this in the car for powering a 15" MacBook pro and an iPad or iPhone on the go. It worked mostly but was at the upper end of its power draw capability, which at 400w stated it should not be.
Cons: After about 6-8 months the fan would die and it would make horrible beeping noises and turn off...
