To be honest

Pros: Very Clean, Great performance, Super simple UI
Cons: Installation a bit tricky
Overall Review: Okay, Im going to be honest, this thing is awesome I have antecs DF-85 Case, and my case is a monster so this cooler is not to big, but a bit to small, but with some use of the provided extra brackets they send you it went it perfectly :) Now the people saying the UI sucks....yes it looks terrible, but Is designed to be simple, like extremely simple, which is a plus All in all this cooler is amazing If you get past the pain of the install then this cooler is awesome :D I highly recommend And anyone who builds there own pc knows that you come across problems and that's half the fun of it, making sure stuff fits in and build your beast up :)
Love it

Pros: Absolutely love this card, for the price to performance ratio it is amazing, plays any game you want at max setting granting if your cpu and memory can handle the game...for those people who see high temps on it the fan needs to be run fairly high, but if you have a case with good cooling then you dont really need to worry about it
Cons: Ya the fan runs kinda loud, but if your a true gamer than you will have yourself some awesome headphones or a beastly surround sound system to easily drown out that fan noise
Overall Review: highly recommended this to anyone looking for a great video card for under 300 bucks
Top Notch PSU

Pros: Lots and lots of connectors, and the the fact that the fan on the psu does not run unless it is needed, so zero noise when idling...so nice if you don't like to shut down your computer at night and enjoy the quiet. Definitely recommend this for anyone looking for a high class psu at a great price.
Cons: Only con is really only the length of the motherboard and cpu power cables are a little short, not really a problem if you have a top mounted psu but for those like me with a bottom mounted psu full tower case its kinda annoying with the chords being stretched across your MB if you have a side panel window, nothing a couple of extension cables you can buy separately wont fix, but not really worth taking an egg of for
