Wonderful!
Pros: This is an excellent product for RAM! You see that blue thing that appears to be attached to the RAM itself? It adds roughly the length of another RAM stick, so it makes them MUCH easier to remove & add. The plastic & cardboard packaging it comes in is not easily bent either.
Cons: None whatsoever.
Overall Review: I highly suggest this product if you dislike adding & removing RAM with that little piece to grab onto.
DO NOT BUY
Pros: It looks nice but other than that cant really say. Seeing as how it was dead when I received it.
Cons: The power unit wasnt working straight out of the box.
Overall Review: Contacted Apevia for an RMA, the lady I spoke with was very nice and for the most part helpful. She explained to me that they would replace the bad power unit with another power unit, but I had to pay the extra twenty dollars for the shipping. I told the lady that I feel I shouldn't have to pay seeing as how it was a faulty unit and that I already paid for the shipping when I had bought it. The lady told me that it was company policy that I had to cover the shipping on my end and that they would cover the shipping on their end, and that if I didn't want to pay the shipping to contact Newegg and have them replace it. So I went ahead and paid for the shipping, seeing as how it was a defective part, it was a manufacturers problem and not Newegg's problem or fault. I really disapprove of how Apevia dealt with the situation and tried to pass the problem onto Newegg. THIS WILL BE THE LAST PRODUCT I WILL EVER BUY FROM APEVIA!!! I do not recommend ANY product from Apevia!
Battery pack!!!
Pros: I recently purchased the Extreme for my brother but after trying it out once, I decided to keep it for myself. I really like the overall features and quality of the battery pack. First off, it has just a single button which you can use to do everything. Simple is nice for me since I am somewhat technically impaired. I also like that the Extreme has two charging ports so I can charge my phone and my husband’s phone at the same time. The glossy black texture is pretty sleek as well.
Cons: : I would say the biggest con of the Extreme is the weight of it. I do find it to be a little heavy and would never put it in my purse, I usually leave the Extreme in the car and use in during my hour long commute (especially in the afternoon), this way I never have to really carry it around.
Overall Review: I recommend charging it overnight since the battery is big and takes a while to recharge.
IT'S RAM!
Pros: -RAM -Cheap -Easy to install, like ALL RAM -Pop it in and go -Works as advertised? -Oh it's pretty blue and has heatsinks!!
Cons: -None? I mean seriously, they are two 8GB Dimms. You want that? Buy this, because these are pretty much the cheapest you can get that aren't a Chiwaneese brand that will die on you.
Overall Review: THEY ARE BLUEEEEEEEEE!
Very very good hd
Pros: - price - performance
Cons: - A "chunk" sound when the disk is "power off", and reading begins. This only happens with one disk.
Overall Review: I bought this HD to Uruguay, and didn't have any problems.
Great HD webcam, also makes a great security/weather cam
Pros: - Price - True HD video (1080p/15fps or 720p/30fps) - Quality microphone (very sensitve accurate frequency response, low noise) - Standard threaded tripod/mount adapter - Flexible mounting options - Easy manual horizontal and vertical tilt adjustment which stays in place
Cons: - Cannot disable blue LED (e.g. to eliminate glare or provide stealth) - Monophonic microphone (generally not an issue for a security or weather cam) - Same old Logitech capture software (cannot capture stereo from external sound source)
Overall Review: 'm using this camera in combination with the following components as a low-cost high-quality security camera: * PTC 65ft USB extension cable (80ft cable did not work) * Motion-sensing outdoor lights * Vitek VT-EH10 Camera Enclosure * Blue Iris webcam/security software I currently have two of these cameras setup and will be adding more as the results blow away any security CCTV "system" I've found, but at a fraction of the price!
