HP Photosmart C6380 CD028A Up to 33 ppm Black Print Speed 9600 x 2400 dpi Color Print Quality Ethernet (RJ-45) / USB / Wi-Fi Thermal Inkjet MFC / All-In-One Color Printer

Pros: Easy Wireless setup. Webscanning is a plus. Web page is very informatitive with ink levels, usage and event logs. You can see how much you've printed. Plus so much more settings and information on the web page. Separate photo paper tray and letter paper tray. Photos are decent quality. Easy copying without the PC being turned on. Unbelievable low price for the features you get. Excellent quality build too. All printing is sharp and clean.

Cons: I've had it over a month, and the black ink cartridge is already low. My usage log says I've only printed 138 pages. hmmmm. Oh well, the cartridge can be bought $10. There's a high volume XL cartridge for $30. I will definitely be buying the XL cartridge. Buying a cartridge once a month could get annoying. After and between printing, the printer makes noises and clanks as it is moving the cartridges and other things around. However very quiet during the printing.

Overall Review: HP hit a home run with this one. Only concern is the ink cartridge expense. I've only had it a month. It's worth it for its extreme versatility combining many things into one. It's a solid build. I recommend extending warranties on this and any all-in-one's because there could be so much that could go wrong.

Most Critical Review
DIAMOND VC500 One Touch Video Capture, Edit and Burn to DVD USB 2.0 Adapter
DIAMOND VC500 One Touch Video Capture, Edit and Burn to DVD USB 2.0 Adapter

Pros: Worked better than Honestech

Cons: Still dropped too many frames

Overall Review: I used this to capture VHS video. Just too many frames dropped on my home movies to be watchable. Since then I bought the Elgato Card, and have little to no dropped frames. I don't know how well this device does for other capture scenarios.

Lasted 5 1/2 years

CyberPower CP700AVR 700 VA 350 Watts 6 Outlets UPS
CyberPower CP700AVR 700 VA 350 Watts 6 Outlets UPS

Pros: -Small size. durability

Cons: -None

Overall Review: This is for CyberPower review in general. This puppy lasted 5 1/2 years until the power company decided to fluctuate its power (off and on ) for about 8 or 9 times. I think this just caused the switching mechanism to go bonkers.

Best set I've owned.

Panasonic KX-TG7745S 1.9 GHz Digital DECT 6.0 Link to Cell via Bluetooth Cordless Phone with Integrated Answering Machine and 5 Handsets
Panasonic KX-TG7745S 1.9 GHz Digital DECT 6.0 Link to Cell via Bluetooth Cordless Phone with Integrated Answering Machine and 5 Handsets

Pros: Sound quality is great. There are so many features. The battery life on the phones seem to be doing just fine, but honestly, they sit on their docks about 99% of the time. Large display makes it easy to read without picking up the phone.

Cons: No cons after owning these for eight months. They work great for me. I can put a phone anywhere in my house, and the phone stays connected. Works great for my VOIP service. The answering machine works great. The build of the phones are all sturdy and don't feel cheap. The handsets are lightweight and comfortable to use.

Overall Review: To be honest, I have not tried out many of the features this phone has, but definitely plan to use such as link-to-cell. The large message light the lights up on top of all phones does not bother me like others. The blink rate is very slow, so that it isn't annoying. This replaced my old Panasonic phone/answeringmachine that still worked, but was just outdated in its quality and features. I am quite happy that I got this product, one of the best purchases of the year.

Finally a capture card that works

Elgato Video Capture, Capture Analog Video for Mac or PC, iPad and iPhone
Elgato Video Capture, Capture Analog Video for Mac or PC, iPad and iPhone

Pros: Simple hardware/software to use. I own the Honestech 7.0 Deluxe, and the Diamond VLC video Capture. The Elgato far surpasses the others in hardware/software that works. The other two kept losing too many frames, and the video was unwatchable. I tried using the Elgato device with the Honestech software, and still too many frames were being lossed. The Elgato software worked better.

Cons: The Elgato software has very little settings available which is why I dropped an egg. Atleast I could pick the 16:9 ratio so I can watch it better on my TV and computer.

Overall Review: I had some problems at the beginning, but just decided to not running anything on my computer while it was capturing the video, and this fixed my problems. If you are wanting to capture video from VHS, then consider this product over the Diamond VLC and the Honestech.

case

Insten White Red Cup Shape Rubber Coated Case Cover + Front & Back Reusable LCD Cover compatible with Samsung Galaxy SIII / S3
Insten White Red Cup Shape Rubber Coated Case Cover + Front & Back Reusable LCD Cover compatible with Samsung Galaxy SIII / S3

Pros: This case looks very nice on the phone. The surface is smooth but still good at not slipping out of your hand if you are not gripping the phone.

Cons: The case has a ridge down the middle that cases the phone to not be able to be level on a desk or other flat surface. This makes using the phone on a surface not too usable. The white has already got dirty and is going to be hard to keep clean.

Overall Review: I probably will be replacing this in about 6 months.
