Other Thoughts: If the product works then newegg did nothing wrong. This product is an open box and breech has made it easy to find in the product information, that open box items only include said item, and no accessories. Most people who MOD or build computers only need the board as we have plenty of data cables and accessories already stashed lol. Just know what your buying :) newegg has always been helpful to me when I had issues. Returns were almost instant, as long as it was within the warranty period and applicable to the product. Newegg has always had outstanding service. I've been using them for almost 10 yrs exclusively, everywhere else I look is either more expensive, or not reputable enough for me. I've built many systems and can speak from experience on newegg's reliability. Hope this helps clear things up for future buyers so people don't mistake this board for a bad product.READ FULL REVIEW
This review is from: Noctua NH-L12 120mm & 92mm SSO Bearing PWM Fans CPU Cooler
Pros: Keeps my 6700k in my silverstone raven rvz01b Suprisingly cool. I'm only using a thermaltek Riing 12 to cool it. Temp avg 28 ish c idle (fairly warm room, about 75ish f). I have not seen load temps go above 65c while playing ark, crysis 3, and other games, so it seems like a very good cooler
Cons: Some argument can be made on the price. Honestly I was expecting better polymer/plastic fans, they do feel cheap, and are a little flimsy.I cannot comment on their cooling ability or noise level as I didn't even try the fans
Other Thoughts: All in all it does a great job, and out of 4 coolers I tried, this one actually fit inside this case with trident z 3200 mhz cl14 memory and an asus maximus impact viii mobo. I had to manipulate the cooler (bend and work it before putting it on) in order for it to not only be low enough that the side panel with the case fan on it snug up against it, but so it also clears the vrm board and memory. There is about .5mm clearance on the memory and board, while the heatsink just touches the fan. The fan being mounted on the side panel perfectly aligns it over the heatsink. I don't know how it worked out so nicely, but it is perfect. Got lucky I guessREAD FULL REVIEW
Pros: Great cpu, is very quick and responsive with a Samsung 850 pro ssd. Mated to an asus maximus viii impact mobo and works great!
Cons: Initially tried to run at 1.3v+ but I set the voltage manual to 1.2, runs like a charm even when it boosts. A little on the pricey side if not on sale
Other Thoughts: For the current price it can't be beat, as of this writing it's on sale for 19% off. So around 314. It's a great cpu for a fantastic price. Get it while it's on sale!READ FULL REVIEW
