so far so good

GIGABYTE B650 AORUS PRO AX AM5 LGA 1718 AMD B650 ATX Motherboard, DDR5, USB 3.2 Gen2X2 Type-C, WiFi 6E, Intel 2.5GbE LAN, Q-Flash Plus, EZ-Latch
GIGABYTE B650 AORUS PRO AX AM5 LGA 1718 AMD B650 ATX Motherboard, DDR5, USB 3.2 Gen2X2 Type-C, WiFi 6E, Intel 2.5GbE LAN, Q-Flash Plus, EZ-Latch

Pros: this gigabyte is the direct competitor to the MSI 650 tomahawk , it is sort of a no-frills master with nearly the same VRM. booted up with no problems other than the typical slow boot with 7600x, 32mb of ddr 6000 which it booted up first time as ddr 4800--second boot after turning on XMP it went to 6000, this board has most everything you could want . temps are running about 10c warmer than the socket 4 set up with the same water cooling . seems solid so far.

Cons: the board is somewhat tight on space around the CPU socket , my water pump/cooler bumps the pcie 5.0 cooling block . out of several water cooling set ups i have only ONE uses the OEM backplate. so the odds ain't real good that whatever you used on your am4 build is going to fit --this ain't the MBs fault its an AM5 thing. as the tighe space around the am5 socket and pic5 socket being bumped by a cpu cooler. these things can be worked out though. no manual came with the MB--

Overall Review: YES its a good board and has a bios that will boot up --so you not stuck with a MB that requires a bios flash just to get it up and running.. it could use a bit more space for the CPU socket or a redesigned pci-e 5.0 cooler . maybe a better set up for standard water cooler set ups? boar seems to have about everything you might need, though it would be a better deal IF it was priced more like its intel sisters-

seems to be as good as new

MSI Pro X670-P Wifi AMD Socket AM5 AMD X670 ATX M.2 Desktop Motherboard A
MSI Pro X670-P Wifi AMD Socket AM5 AMD X670 ATX M.2 Desktop Motherboard A

Pros: seems to be a very decent MB, booted right up with 7600x cpu, samsung 6000 ram and win 10 of nve drive . simple but straightforward bios , seems 'speedy" so far so good . came with a few things like antenna for wi-fi and backplate . its a nice looking MD to boot.

Cons: cons --quite fiddely drive set up with tiny screws and plate --a MSI thing , some say this MB has a long boot time --since i have other boards as well --like gigabyte --the boot time seems about avg--

Overall Review: yea--would like it better if it wernt as expensive though$$$$

economical and basic TV set

Sceptre X435BV-F 43" 1080p LED-LCD TV - 16:9 - HDTV - Black

Pros: very good price for 43" TV set, works great, and the sound is pretty good, easy to set up. it is sort of the "basic" model . i think i like these better than the smart model.

Cons: haven't had the TV long enough to notice any cons--

Overall Review: great budget TV set.

seems pretty decent

GIGABYTE Gaming OC Radeon RX 6750 XT 12GB GDDR6 PCI Express 4.0 ATX Graphics Card GV-R675XTGAMING OC-12GD
GIGABYTE Gaming OC Radeon RX 6750 XT 12GB GDDR6 PCI Express 4.0 ATX Graphics Card GV-R675XTGAMING OC-12GD

Pros: powerful enough for most things, don't draw too much voltage, on most of the games i play it is about 25% more powerful than the 6600XT which ain't no slouch BTW, and in some areas it turning 40% faster with the same drivers. sort of a poor mans 6950XT

Cons: it still uses a considerable amount of power so be sure you have enough PSU and the proper cables . its still a bit expensive , not quite a 6950XT or 7900, came with some free game downloads--which is an absolute joke

Overall Review: yes, just don't go for the free games

hynix chips , fast stable

Team T-Force Vulcan 32GB (2 x 16GB) 288-Pin PC RAM DDR5 5600 (PC5 44800) Desktop Memory Model FLBD532G5600HC36BDC01
Team T-Force Vulcan 32GB (2 x 16GB) 288-Pin PC RAM DDR5 5600 (PC5 44800) Desktop Memory Model FLBD532G5600HC36BDC01

Pros: running in a gigabyte 650 master and a gigabyte 650 pro @ XMP . its fast and stable, decent on booting up. it seems very close to my 6000 samsung DDR5 and is quite a bit less expensive. it will likely OC easy to 6000mhz speeds but i doubt i'll bother as it is quite fast at rated speeds. this team has the hynix chips that are know to be good overclockers.

Cons: i got the ram on a shell-shocker sale and a good price. when not on sale its a toss up with the 6000mhz ram being only a bit more pricy. when on sale though the team 5600 can't be beat.

Overall Review: yes
