Pros: I bought this monitor for the size, price and faith in Newegg that the product was good. Plus they would stand behind it.

Cons: The monitor had a very slight giggle in the lower left corner from the start but I lived with it. After 5 months the video would only work for about 5 seconds, then go to black. Power off/on , same thing. I finally called for support. Since the monitor was 5 months old, Newegg directed me to Hannspree, what a joke! They have a funny idea of tech support. Not only did I e-mail 3 times without a response, I waited on hold for over an hour 3 times. When I finally talked to someone, I was told they would try to repair it if I sent it in, without offering any way of getting a box, (I know, I should have kept the original longer!). After being out of video for 3 days already, I asked if they would send me a replacement covered by a credit card? Sorry, no was the answer. I will never buy this product again and am very disappointed that Newegg won't help either.

Overall Review: I have 33 yrs in the computer business (IBM, Apple and Sun) as a tech and customer service manager. I would never handle a customer situation like Hannspree.

Pros: Can't think of any.

Cons: Doesn't work at all. I bought two of these and neither one worked for more than a day. Doesn't have much WIFI range, less than 20ft, and was pretty slow. Take my work for it, buy something else.
