Pros: Upgraded from GTX560Ti SLi. This card single handily beats those two card without even overclocking. Temperatures never went about 75C when I ran some stress testing and the clock speeds are just incredible. Extremely stable when overclocking while maintaining great temperatures. Maxes everything out including the Witcher 2 with UBER SAMPLING (few studders, but performance and stuff like that should be knocked out in a few driver updates).
Cons: You would expect something with 3x the CUDA cores of a 580 perform at least somewhere close to that level. However, the 680 is wayyyy off. However, that doesn't mean this card isn't a beast. It is better than the 7970 (in most cases) which beats the 580 by an average of 25% in most tests. This is a much higher jump from a 480 to a 580. However, I think many still stood underwhelmed especially after how a "Kepler Chip" ran the latest Unreal 3 demo which only three 580s could have. Well which Kepler Chip?!?! Gotta be the flagship, and well from the looks of it... the GK104 (which corresponds to a X60 (460, 560) card doesn't seem to be quite powerful enough for that although being the most powerful card released to the public... They really held off on the GK100 and re-branded a weaker chip which was just enough to beat AMD flagship... A move which slightly angers me...
Other Thoughts: -Regardless of what I said in the cons, this is still a great card worthy of anyone willing to pay for a $500 graphics solution...
-Get this thing back in-stock!!! I need another for SLi!!!
Pros: Extra VRAM to get the job done. Noticed in Afterburner that BF3 used now 1.6-1.7gb of VRAM instead of 800mb on my old GTS450 SLi. By the way, a single on of these babies beats my 2 old cards. I got two of these cards and put them into SLi. The result is an unstoppable beast! This card gives you the bang for the buck, and extra ram really handy for 3d work. It overclocks quite nicely too. Easily beats a 6990 or a 590 when in SLi. Keep in mind that this card is EXTREMELY COOL, the fans are dead silent. Even though, they get loud after 50%, you could only hear the WIND, the fans still remain silent. Not encountering any problems so far, these cards are really well made, and if you are one of those who really pays attention, there is a support bracket to prevent bending under long term heat and weight! They really thought about everything for this card!
Cons: This is not a 680, and you might want to wait for the 660s. Although nVidia decided to get away with putting the GK104 with a 256-bit memory width (which is really a model on par with all the 60s model in each generation). This card might be rendered obsolete soon. There are not that many cons to pick. The only thing that really bothers me (just a little) is that a 560Ti is a high-end card, yet it only sports 2-way SLi. I would be glad to get a third one of these, in the future to keep up.
Other Thoughts: This is a big card so make sure you have space. This is also a heavy card, hence the support brackets are genius! Make sure you have enough 6-pins for two cards if you are going to get two. Using molex converters is a pain, since each 6-pin need two. I would recommend at least a 750watt PSU for running SLi, and make sure the rating is silver or gold (or else you'll be cutting it close).READ FULL REVIEW
Pros: This card runs BC2 and other games generally well, however the 9800 does have its years on it so don't expect to max things out.
Cons: Design is not the best, the card is not the most power efficient either.
Other Thoughts: The heat sink design is a bit of a dust catcher, get fan filters or expect to clean big clumps of dust...READ FULL REVIEW
