Pros: Installation was a breeze, drive is quick and does exactly as advertised. Finally WD realise the software they used to provide was awful. Now they just provide the driver on the disk for the USB3. Worked well with Windows 2008R2x64

Cons: None so far, everything you need is in the box.

Overall Review: Comment to previous reviewer - I think you would be hard pressed to find any connector that is secured in any other way than being soldered to the board. Seems fine to me.

Pros: The Tablet looks beautiful out of the box exactly as I had hoped and the size/weight is really good. Hopefully I will be able to up the rating when a complete unit turns up.

Cons: The box turned up without a power supply. This is completely useless as you cannot use a tablet if you cannot charge it. So I am currently in the RMA process. I understand that it is factory refurbished and may be missing manuals etc, but no power supply you may have well sent me a rock. Beware of refurbished Samsung tablets is my advice at this time, if you want a unit that you can use in the near future without having to go through this or shell out for a new powersupply.

Overall Review: Come on New Egg. I have been a customer of yours for years, but 2.5 weeks and counting and I am still awaiting a replacement. My item was shipped locally from east coast yet the RMA goes back to the west coast and then goes through some long process to determine that yes indeed its not complete, then some approval process 3 days then packaging process that has been 3 days. I bought this item for a birthday present, the date of which has long since past.

Pros: None for me, got plenty of non Memory Stick card readers

Overall Review: Even their own web site says supported media includes Memory Stick, but actually look further down it is not in the supported cards list. How can it be supported media but not supported card
