Poorly made but good sound

Pros: The sound is nice, especially when used with a headphone amp to act as an inline equalizer and volume control. Case is nice. Has a good look.
Cons: Poor quality. First one had the right earbud DOA. Replacement was used very carefully, at a desktop where there wasn't any plugging/unplugging or additional strain. The wiring still has problems in less than a year (in at least 3 places- including at the mic, which I never used). I can't imagine how quickly it would have failed if I was using it on a device in my pocket where the wires would have bent regularly. The heads for the earbuds seem to have inconsistent sizes. My first set had fittings that were almost impossibly tight. The second one had several types of earbuds that fit well, and several that were extremely tight. Seems to be poor quality control.
Overall Review: These seem to go on sale often, and their good sound quality is alluring, but the high (normal) price tag doesn't seem to reflect high quality. If you're looking for some earbuds to try out to see if you like them better than standard 'phones, this could be a good buy. Just don't expect them to last out the year.
