Overall Review: I found this on some crazy sale for almost $300 flat when GTX 670s were still fairly new. I was already running a Gigabyte Windforce 670 under a custom loop, and was looking for a second 670 to run SLI. Since I planned on putting the card under water and it was a second in series of SLI, I was not concerned for the most part, of what brand or spec it was going to be. The card works great for the price. I have it watercooled and overclocked to all hell. It took the OC fine, and takes the heat, benching, and abuse I throw at it perfectly, and it is almost a year later now... The VRam gets a little hot to me, but only starts to show an issue, or cause artifacting when I get out of control with my OCs... I can beat GTX 690s in benchmarks with this and another card under water. And can run anything, like BF4 on ultra settings, everything maxed, at 80fps (1080p mind you) If you get this at a deal of a price, I wouldn't be wary of it. It's served me very well. A GTX 670 is a GTX 670.

Cons: *Lower single core/thread performance than Intel *Intel Fan boys will hate you *Not a "True 8 core", threads *Lot's of settings to mess with if your going for an extreme OC, needs a good mobo and cooling to provide high voltage

Overall Review: First of I will say this is an amazing CPU. I am a little bit partial to AMD CPUs for no real reason, some may call that a fan boy. But I wouldn't go so far as to say that. I also own many Intel CPUs and use i7s in some of my builds... For my main "gayman" rig, I chose this CPU over an i5 or i7. I wanted to see what this was all about, check out the "8" cores, and mainly, wanted to OC and see what I could achieve. I have nothing bad to say about it's performance, and even less bad to say about its cheap price. This is an all around great CPU, and if you are coming from a PhenomII x4 or x6, you WILL notice a good improvment. I have been using this CPU for almost a year now. No issues whatsoever. With a little messing around with the BIOS (using a pretty extensive custom loop and an ASUS sabertooth mobo), I have hit 5.2ghz. But most stabely have ran 4.8-5.0ghz for the time I've owned this CPU. I run tri SLI GTX 670s (also OCd and under water), and feel there has never been a bottleneck issue. I would highly reccomend this CPU, it destroys its Intel counterparts in multi threaded tasks like video encoding and what not. Intel steps ahead on single threaded tasks, but even gaming now, is starting to focus on using more threads/cores/CPU oriented. This is hands down a great CPU, I would give it a 9.4/10
