Sheer speed.

Pros: Easy, plug and play, as most ram should be. Went from 2gbs to 8gbs with only $40. Increased my speed on everything, gaming, browsing, downloading, movie watching, even boot time. Nothing but perfection.
Cons: None.
Powerful minicomputer

Pros: Small, cheap, powerful, open platform, overclockable, web support, HDMI
Cons: 512mb of ram, no built in storage
Overall Review: For around $40 how can you go wrong? Raspberry Pi has it's own downloadable linux distribution that you just have to put on an SD card. Decently fast, especially if you put heatsinks on it and overclock it. It's so open source, there's so much potential for it, it's incredible. I'm building a small mobile PC out of it. Really worth it for anyone into computers, even if it's just a $40 toy. The only problem is its 0.5 gb of ram. I know Raspberry Pi model C is being developed to have 1 or 2 gb of ram, so that should help it out. But for your money? Nothing compares.
