Pros: Perhaps the only product of its type to have a decent design aesthetic. Tool-less drive installation. Comes with nice carrying case. Great price at 50% off sale.
Cons: As others have noted, it's a little rough around the edges, but that can be remidied with a little emery cloth (sandpaper). Drives rattle around, particularly 7mm ones. Fixed that with some velcro stick-ons (one side only as a cushion). On of my two purchases has a balky latch, but I don't intend to frequently change drives.
Other Thoughts: Nice product to make use of your upgraded notebook drives. Much more capacity and speed than a memory stick.READ FULL REVIEW
Pros: 1200 DPI Vertical Resolution.
Sharp, Stable Image.
Stable and very adjustable stand.
Usable power-saving functionality.
Cons: No DVI connection.
Other Thoughts: Other reviewers have complained about the on-screen adjustments, and I agree that they are not terribly intuitive, but in my long experience, these controls are used during the initial setup and seldom thereafter, so they shouldn't be considered to be significant. My complaint about the lack of a DVI connection stems from my use of a 4 port DVI KVM switch (ConnectPro UD-14+) which I have no desire to upgrade to DP, particularly when a reliable unit doesn't exist. However an inexpensive HDMI to DVI connector (Coboc EA-AD-HDMI2DVI-MF) allows the KVM/Monitor connection without any issues (no HDMI DRM problems). Auto settings switching takes a little getting used to, but once the apps are setup properly, it does enhance multi-media viewing in my case. I've been waiting quite some time to replace my 1600 x 1200 Dell monitor, which has been a heavily used tool for 6 or 7 years. It appears that the monitor is manufactured for Dell by Panasonic. If it has the longevity of its predecessor, I'll be very satisfied.READ FULL REVIEW
This review is from: BT04 Bluetooth Car Audio Receiver Wireless Music Streaming Adapter 3.5mm AUX Hands Free Kit for iPhone 6/6 Plus/5, iPad Air/Air 2/mini 3, Samsung, HTC, Sony and any other iOS, Android smart phones
Pros: It works! Pairs with my Android phone (HTC One) and plugs into the AUX input of my SAAB 9-3 radio/CD. Small size. Limited controls. No obvious distortion. Rechargeable battery powered, so no cable needed when charged.
Cons: Instructions are somewhat difficult to understand, particularly how to get into pairing mode (I'm not sure what I did, but it worked). Volume not very loud - can't match the radio level. Takes a 3-second button push to turn unit off. Unknown battery charge usage.
Other Thoughts: For $12, it was a no-brainer purchase to try in my treasured, albeit 8 year-old, SAAB 9-3. Can't vouch for sound quality, but no car can really provide an acceptable audio environment. The small volume control can change tracks, but not directories, although my artist/album/song storage arrangement is probably not typical, so this has limited use to me. If all your songs are in one place, it may have use. On the other hand, my other car's blue-tooth-enabled stereo doesn't do any more than this $12 bargain when connected to Android, although it reduces the music volume when navigation instructions and phone calls are engaged. My rating takes the unit's low price into account. I'll follow up with an update after a few weeks of usage.READ FULL REVIEW
