AllComponents 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800 (PC2 6400) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory Model AC2/800X64/4096-KIT

Pros: Very affordable.
Highest affordable speed for DDR2.

Cons: Not very futureproof, though you know that going in.

Other Thoughts: I do not plan to have these DDR2 systems for long, but with 4k around the corner and the demand for more memory on old systems that could still be used as HTPCs, it was well worth it for the 30 dollars as opposed to building a whole new setup. Plus, it helps keep electronic waste out of the garbage.

DIYPC MA01-G Black/Green USB 3.0 Micro-ATX Mini Tower Gaming Computer Case with Dual Fans

4 out of 5 eggs Misleading Specs, but still a good case 11/07/2016

This review is from: DIYPC MA01-G Black/Green USB 3.0 Micro-ATX Mini Tower Gaming Computer Case with Dual Fans

Pros: Still very small.
Fan in the front looks 100 times better than in the picture. They placed the grate behind the see through plastic so it has a nice unexpected glow to it. Tried to replace the fan with a red Rosewill one to match the Red color of my AMD build, but the fan needs to be very bright to do its justice.
Airflow is pretty decent. The fan placement is exactly where it needs to be. I am only running an AM1 APU in it, so I cannot comment on how good or bad it is aside from saying it does more than enough of what I need. I imagine that the plastic being infront of the grate would cause less airflow infront of the case, but it does have a slight opening at the bottom so who knows without further testing.
It is very stylish.
It can fit large video cards and way more drives than an ITX case.

Cons: Dimensions were off by over 2 inches in height. Due to this, I was unable to use the case on my shelf which is the main reason I bought it. It wasn't just a few cm off, it was a whole 2 inches so for that I am docking 1 star.

Other Thoughts: I eventually did find a use for the case and I do surprisingly like it a lot, but I am moving most of my builds to ITX since I only need a few powerful rigs and would have just bought an ITX from the get go if I knew this was not going to fit my purpose (I was going to move another Micro-ATX board into this case and use that current case for a new gaming rig, then go ITX for HTPCs. I ended up just putting an HTPC in here and got stuck with 3 Micro-atx buids as opposed to 2).

8 Feet 11 Outlets 3600 Joules Surge Protector (DX-S114241), manufactured and warranted by CyberPower

Pros: 11 Outlets, 4 of which have plenty of space for adapters.
8 Foot cord is plenty of length to make it half way across the room.
Quality of product does not feel cheap and past-icy like a discount store special.
Great price.
Wall piece is flat which is great for an outlet behind furniture.

Cons: Couldn't think of any.

Other Thoughts: Needed a few extra surge protectors and liked the fact that this had a flat head and plenty of wide outlets for Adapters.
