Pros: Average user interface

Cons: Absolutely awful. Installed on two different systems, Win 7 Ultimate and a Win 8 Pro and it worked for a few hours after installation and full scan, then, after doing nothing on either system the automatic update stopped working and issued errors about not being able to determine product entitlement. Called support who took control of my system and proceeded to remotely delete several applications that had nothing to do with the issue. They then remotely installed a 'newer' copy and same result a few hours later. Worse, that copy failed uninstall. So I then fresh loaded up a new system with Win 7 Ultimate and same thing next day, but this time it would uninstall.

Overall Review: There is a reason why this product, originally from CA, didn't even make the Maximum PC shootout...but I'll stop at that. Worse, they have a money back guarantee which requires the product serial number below the UPC code which I had already mailed in for the rebate - so there goes my money down the drain. Trust me, I have 30+ years experience as a SW developer for high end apps and OSes. There was likely SOME application conflict - tried two different OSs and two different version . I'd REALLY like my money back but this outfit isn't worth my time! If I could give something negative star rating - this would be the first one I'd give one too.
