Awsome OS! Got it for free

Pros: I got this for free from my school under the msdnaa program. This is by far the most visually stunning os that MS has put out. I couldn't be more happier with its performance and looks. It boots way faster than xp and under 10 seconds for me. If your a gamer then you won't be dissapointed with dx10. Crysis looks amazingly sweet with dx10. I am all about eye candy and this os certanly pushed the right buttons.
Cons: Yes its resource intensive but you should have done your research homework before you bought this.(or downloaded for free). OS is built with security in mind so it prompts you everytime you want to run a program. Not really a con since it provides security but a little annoying. Is it worth the price? If your happy with XP then no. If you have the hardware to run this baby then absolutetly yes!
Overall Review: My machine: 22" hp w2207, intel q6600 quad, 4gb patriot extreme pc 6400, asus p5e-vm hdmi, 2x320gb RAID 0 wd caviar, EVGA 8800GT, and 750W Zalman PSU. Windows experience index - 5.9 of 5.9.
Good.....if it lasts

Pros: reputable company, stable source of power(good for hardware protection), and good tech support
Cons: stopped working after 4hrs on a new build. Bit pricy and 600w wont be enough for future upgrades but I knew that goin in. I know how to install psu's and this is not my first build. Manufacturer typically claim that it is dammaged during shipping but it came very nicely packaged with plenty of foam protection(thx to newegg).
Overall Review: got a refund since newegg didn't have one in stock. My friend got this same one for his build and it works with no issues. Wasted $14 shipping it back so keep that in mind if you rma it. Switching to Zalman psu. It cost more but its higher quality.
