Pros: I purchased a complete HP quad-core Windows 7 PC from NewEgg at a great price, and the computer needed a few upgrades so I could continue my World of Warcraft addiction. The HP computer has an Nvidia motherboard, but I am a fan of ATI Radeon graphics. I selected this video card based upon reviews of other NewEgg buyers, the price, online testing reviews, and Free Shipping. Installation of the card was easy: Windows drivers from the CD installed without error, and I am very pleased with the overall performance thus far. I have no plans to overclock this card although the Control Center provides all the necessary tools to do so.

Cons: Like other reviews on this product, I am frequently hearing the video card fan 'spin-up' while playing games. It occurs every 8 seconds, and sounds like a distant hair-dryer being switched on-then-off. On the locked/default installation setting, the video card fan spins at a very quiet 30% when the PC is only running Windows 7. I am researching online to find safe operating parameters so I do not burn out the card by unlocking the default setting and modifying the fan speed to prevent the spin-ups during gameplay. Also using the default installation card setting, in World of Warcraft the distant shading effects are blocked and pixelated, but this too can be fixed by me with research and testing. I wanted to note that the video card settings require a bit of refinement and tweaking.

Overall Review: I am confident that after I find the proper settings this will be a powerful card for gaming. For those that are shopping, compare these video card specs with an ATI Radeon 4850...pretty impressive.

Cons: Utilizing this guitar with Aerosmith Guitar Hero for Playstation 3 we have consistently suffered connectivity problems while playing this device as controller 1 or controller 2. Single player or dual player, it simply disconnects mid-play. At this time we only own Aerosmith Guitar Hero, and we plan on trying other editions of Guitar Hero and Rock Band. We are hoping that it is a glich related to this edition of Guitar Hero, and not the device itself. The foot-pedal switch is a novel idea and looks neat, but if you are limited on space around your game system plan on buying a usb extender.

Overall Review: This item was delivered in a stylish package that created a great Christmas gift. The instruction sheet was also been very helpful.

Pros: After growing tired of tearing up junk mail with my name and address on it, as well as all the stuff the utility companies put within a monthly printed bill, I decided to purchase a low-end shredder to see if I would actually use it. I have not been disappointed at all. For my purposes this Rosewill shredder gets the job done. It is compact and does not occupy a lot of my floor space. The small plastic window on the front of the waste bin allows me to see the shredded paper level. I like that the shred mechanism automatically turns on and off within a few seconds of my using it, cutting down on my electric bill. If you have just a few items to shred each day, this is a great buy.

Overall Review: Purchased four and two are DOA. For 5.99 per set we are writing this off as a poor purchasing decision on our part. They are not even worth the RMA.

Pros: The bottom line is this processor works.

Cons: The con is the cooling fan. If you order this processor, buy a cooling fan and heat sink to replace the retail version. I have built PCs for almost 20 years, and without a doubt this fan was not made to last the lifetime of the cpu.

Overall Review: Why are cpu sockets getting HARDER to work with? Point and click software, click install memory, but get out the heavy machinery to install this 939's cooling unit. sheesh

Pros: World of Warcraft supports this monitor's widescreen resolution. We occassionally have a single stuck pixel when changing apps, but that is easily corrected with a restart of the monitor.

Cons: None, zip, zero cons to report. We own two of these and are very pleased.

Overall Review: Yes there is a very brief blue prompt to let you know the connection to the PC is digital. Unlike some other reviews we found the available tilt angles to be very acceptable. This monitor is great. Thank you NewEgg!

My refurbished laptop, a Lenovo ThinkPad, arrived in top notch condition with Windows 11 Pro pre-installed. It was easy to configure the operating system, which I greatly appreciate. Physically, the laptop was described well in the listing: The touchpad has a bit of wear and, yes, the laptop cover has a few scratches, but overall this laptop performs wonderfully fast. I appreciate the well-aligned price point and feel I got a great value. A shout out to the folks in North Dakota for recycling this product and making it available again! I hope to be a return buyer and will recommend you to my friends/family.
