Pros: AMAZING!!!. This thing does everything except maybe your pancakes for breakfast. Nearly silent, small footprint, runs cool, feature packed. Interface is very intuitive. I love it! I run it as FTP to do nightly (CRON via cPanel) backups of all my websites. Serves as my media server and desktop backup server for now. So many more options to still explore and implement. I have it packed with 4x320 WD Blacks and 4x500GB WD Blacks setup as 2 RAID-6 arrays. I can experience loss of 2 drives per array and still not loose data, you've got to love that. Totally love the form factor and very low energy usage.

Cons: None I can see.

Overall Review: Don't be stupid and order 3.5" drives with this. This unit requires 2.5 SATA drives (laptop sized). I only buy drives that are 7200 RPM, don't waste money on anything slower. If you need lots of Terabytes than go with unit that supports 3.5" drives that are 3TB each if that is what you need. Synology DS1511+ here on NewEgg is a great unit with great reviews. I just wanted the 2.5" drive form factor. (think lowwww power usage, no heat) Make sure the first thing you do is update to the latest firmware/software available from QNAP. A lot more features available with the new software, even the manual tripled in size to cover all additional stuff.

Pros: its a keyboard

Cons: You CANNOT replace the keyboard on this laptop. The keyboard is "welded" to the front bezel, only the touch pad is removable from the cover (2 screws). Once you remove (break away) the keyboard from the cover, the clips are basically cut off giving you no means of attaching this shiny new keyboard. WASTE OF MONEY

Overall Review: you've been warned, try the auction site to find a whole replacement.

Pros: Was highly rated with great specs at decent price so a no-brainer for customer's built. I really liked the EVGA motherboard I used for my personal built not so long ago so I figured I'd give it a try.

Cons: Delivered the system on Tuesday and I get a phone call on Thursday that the system is one fire! What the?!?!?!?! I said what do you mean on fire? They said that it popped, sparked and smoke started pouring out of the vents. So I naturally drive out to the city because I am extremely curious as to what happened. I opened up the system to be greeted by an awful burned chemical smell; the video card is charred in few places along the top edge. Shocker!

Overall Review: I bought a PNY card locally to replace this in a pinch and noticed that the PNY card has metal board along the top edge ending with heat sink fins at the end of the card possibly to mitigate this exact issue of whatever components are in this area. All in all pretty scary situation that would make me think twice about EVGA quality not to mention my bruised reputation. I've worked in this industry for over 15 years and built hundreds of systems from $400 desktops to $10K+ servers, fire? never had anything go on fire. Not so sure about EVGA going forward.

Pros: You need precision and smooth tracking this is for you. Years ago I used to say that mousepads are useless. This pad changed my mind completely. No more jumpy, skipping or unexpected movements.

Overall Review: Price is a bit high for a mousepad, but if I needed another one I would buy without hesitating. If it was cheaper I would buy this thing for everybody I know; Seriously!!!

Pros: One of the best enclosures I've used to date. Great design, precision aluminum case. Very compact, no need for these portable cases to be any larger than this. Works with both USB 3.0 and 2.0. Cable is short but seems to be very high quality. LOVE IT. I got 2 when they were on special for 9.99 with free shipping. Should have bought more for clients.

Overall Review: Case "screws" screw into brass threads in the tray, not straight into the plastic. They won't strip like on the el-cheapo cases I've seen. Aluminum casing helps with heat dissipation. Very clean minimalist design. PERFECT!!!

Pros: Looks very nice. Clean contemporary lines. Great image quality othe than read below.

Cons: Came "DOA" There is a red line going through the screen. Shipping it back to NewEgg as soon as I get RMA#

Overall Review: The flaw really killed it. Now I won't get a gift on time for Mothers Day.
