ThinkPad Edge 15.6" Intel Core i3-2350M 4GB Memory DDR3 1600 Windows 7 Professional 64-Bit 325978U

Pros: - easy to use right out of the box - much faster and more responsive than my 5 year old Toshiba laptop (though that's a pretty low bar) - responsive keyboard

Cons: The only major con I have so far is the mouse touch pad. It has the mouse buttons (left and right) as separate buttons on the top of the touch pad. Or you have invisible buttons on the bottom of the touch pad, but you have to know where to click. This isn't a major con. However, I've had issues recently of the touch pad being more sensitive to my fingers - I'll be typing and then the cursor moves across the screen as my finger barely touches the pad. I might take a 1/2 egg off of this. But honestly, it's not big enough of a deal for me to regret this purchase.

Overall Review: - I read somewhere that if you weren't familiar with the Lenovo keyboards to try them out before you bought one (which of course I didn't do). No complaints on the keyboard itself, but the keys are spaced out a bit, with a drop to the bottom of the keyboard below, which may throw some people off if they're used to keys being directly adjacent to each other. Not a big deal, but it might bother some people.
