Getting rated performance
Pros: possible use for HD Video or Burst shooting
Cons: may not work at top speed "out of the box".
Overall Review: I have seen other high performance cards that required a low level format from the target device (da camera, etc) to get the full benefit. Prior to formatting, many reported much poorer results.
If you don't know, don't knock it.
Pros: Harder to find DVI-I
Cons: Not Dufus-Proof (is anything?)
Overall Review: This is not a DVI-D connector, that is why it says DVI-I. Why would you have to remove pins? Unless you don't know what you are doing and bought the wrong connector!! (four pins are for Analog) If you need DVI-D, get DVI-D, not DVI-I or DVI-A. "Dual link" does not mean to multipurpose. Warning? The Sunday paper does NOT need a WARNING that it is NOT the Monday paper!! Just four letters, get it right people.
