Pros: plug an play, simple

Cons: doesn't support high monitor resolutions. I keep on getting invalid input problem on my monitor

Pros: Nice package

Cons: 1) didn't come with a bracket, nor i had one. so i had to run around hardware stores buying nuts and bolts to screw it down. 2)didn't fit because on my mobo (ASUS p6t), there are capacitors very close to cpu that are slightly higher than cpu, this prevented this heat sink to sit correctly. The heatsink would rest on capacitors instead of cpu, therfore being about 10% effective. So to workaround this, I had to take apart my old heatsink (that has edges raised and the middle sitting on cpu, thus being just correct for this motherboard), take off the fan and attach one heatsink on top of the other.
