DO you want the Best?
Pros: Do you want the best reference graphics card currently on the market. Then follow these directions: 1. Stop reading reviews 2. Click add to cart 3. Buy, and if you don't select faster shipping then you will probably regret it. 3 days is an eternity when your waiting on one of these to show up. But on a more serious note, if you have an up to date PC (decent quad core processor preferably 3+ GHz, minimum 4 GB RAM) then this card will blow you away. I can currently play every game on the market at 1920 x 1080 on highest possible graphics at a consistent 60+ fps. Card is: power efficient quiet powerful reliable (and if there is any issue, then you get to deal with some of the best customer service in the market, EVGA will solve any issues you may have with extreme professionalism) Game Breakdown: BF3 - Even on the new armored warfare maps I still have yet to see FPS below 60 on 64 man servers. SC2 - Have you ever wanted to play an 8 player FFA and laugh as your FPS was consistently over 150? Skyrim - I have installed so many gfx enhancement mods, even the ones that increase view distance. Still haven't dropped below 60 fps. The list could go on, but those are probably the top 3 most played PC games right now (That can stress gfx).
Cons: Price, but some things are just worth the price. If you want to play pc games and be able to max out settings, then the price tag is absolutely worth it.
Overall Review: EVGA's provided precision X software is the best overclocking software I have used.
Worth the price, even if you're not water cooling.
Pros: -Build Quality -Aesthetics -Integrated IO Shield -Back plate -2 m.2 slots @4x -Aura lighting with 2 headers -Intuitive feature rich bios -Easy overclocking (CPU and RAM) -integrated ek water blocks
Cons: None so far.
Overall Review: This has been the best experience I've had with a motherboard as of yet. This thing is amazing, everything just works. It doesn't hurt that it looks amazing at the same time.
Absolutely Worth it
Pros: I was able to overclock my i5 2500K to 4.5 GHz and the highest my cpu temp ever spiked while running prime95 was 60 C. I could have pushed the OC further, but 60 C was the limit I set.
Cons: None
Fastest Storage I've ever used
Pros: Once you buy an SSD you will wonder how you ever tolerated a HDD. I timed how long it took me to restart my PC and open a web browser. From the time I hit start till the time I saw my homepage only took 27 seconds. Everything seems to run faster. I'm never looking back.
Cons: none
Works Great
Pros: Works Does everything it needs to do
Cons: Software not the best, but its free so people shouldn't be subtracting eggs for it.
One of the Best
Pros: If you want to go the air cooling route then this is one of your best options. There might be "better" air cooling options available; but they honestly will not give much more of a performance increase over this one. And they will most likely be more expensive. If your willing to pay more for a cooler that will net you 2 or 3 degrees, then you should probably just go self contained water cooling (Like the corsair H series).
Cons: Was slightly difficult to attach the cooler using the AMD mounting clip. I have not testing this with an Intel board.
Overall Review: If lighting is your thing, the blue LED's look good.
