OH MY GOSH I LOVE YOU NVIDIA
Pros: haha wow, this thing is pretty fast. I'm an idiot and only use one monitor, but games today like MP3 are already maxing out 2GB memory cards, so I wasn't taking any chances. This thing makes my 560TI look tiny. the power connectors are on top now. THANK YOU NVIDIA!! They figured out that adding them at the end of the comically long card gave you hard drive headaches.
Cons: 10.5 inches??? Make way, clustered sata cables, this baby is coming through! I was able to make it fit, but you should probably just get a HAF case and save yourself the trouble
Overall Review: Did I really just buy this card? Yes, Jared you did. Because you are awesome. And if you want to take a screenshot of you running a CS source stress test at 1016 FPS, then you go right ahead. In all seriousness though. I play MP3, Metro, Dead Island. I want something that will blow games out of the water without breaking a sweat. Bye bye bank account!
Beautiful
Pros: Blue. Enough wattage for my 680, i7, 16GB 1886 RAM, and a wholllleeeeeee lot of room to spare. This thing comes in a plush, velvet bag. I felt important. Enough extra sata cables and pci to run like 6 SLI cards.
Cons: none
Overall Review: get it, its cool
review??
Pros: does what it needs. gives me somewhere to plug in my case's USB 3 header which my mobo didnt have. Even gives two free usb ports on the back!
Cons: The card is shaped oddly. When plugged in, the metal bracket isnt even close to being right up against the case, and I don't want to bend it just to get it to screw in. Remember that it shares the same throughput channel. Don't expect to plug 4 USB 3.0 devices in and expect them to run at the speed of just one
Overall Review: its tiny, lol
ITS PRETTY COOL
Pros: Not overly gigantic copper pretty blue my intel idles at 32 degrees, cant ask for much more not loud, fan under 50% and you can't even hear it in my case
Cons: I know this is an older product, but I HATE that it isnt a 4 pin power management heatsink. This means you actually have to plug in that ridiculous fan control remote with its rainbow strip connector and place it somewhere on your case. You don't have to use it, but your fan will run at 100%. I would rather have a fan that increased automatically when under load, but its not a big deal
Overall Review: goat cheese. It's amazing
bam
Pros: haha jeez. They aren't kidding when they say you need a SMALL DOT to cover your whole cpu. This stuff spreads out like wildfire. Helps my 2600k sit at around 30 degrees with my zalman cooler
Cons: Doesn't taste too good. Added some salt but that still didn't do the trick.
Overall Review: bam, compound, buy it
wow
Pros: ZOOOOOOOOOOOM I came from an Intel sata 2 SSD, so this doesn't knock me dead like if I had came straight from 5400RPM-ville, but its still incredible. Not including BIOS, your computer will go from off to a usable, fully loaded desktop in 13 seconds or less, guaranteed. I bought this for a primary reason though, storage. I'm running all my steam games off this baby abd have only used 160GB of the 447. I AM LOVING LIFE
Cons: SATA power and data connectors are super flimsy. I'd advise placing it in your case the right way the FIRST time and only plugging it in once. You wanna blow half a grand just to snap your sata headers off. Also, don't freak out when you see it glowing red on the inside past the sata data connector, it's supposed to do that. (I thought it was on fire!!)
Overall Review: Lol, don't listen to Teddy P's review. 5-10% faster? Unless you came from 15 HDDs at 10K in RAID, this SSD will sit on your old HDD and make it beg for mercy. The red color is also balling. Doesn't match everything else blue in my case but I DONT CARE
