cooler then ever
Pros: have 2 of these on the side panal of my aerocool xpreditor x3 devil red addition full tower case, and it helps keep my asus dcu2 gtx 570 oc'ed to 922mhz core as a nice and cool 25c when idel and never gets over 60c under full load. pc specs: msi z77a-gd55 motherboard i7 3770k cpu mushkin redline 16gb 2x 8gb 1600mhz ram asus dcu2 gtx 570 5x 7200 hdd's bluray play/dvd burner aerocool 2000 touchscreen fan controler 2x 200mm case fans 3x 140mm case fans cooler master v8 cpu cooler thermaltake 775w toughpower psu
Cons: none so far very happy
Overall Review: highly recommended
good ram.... but, be aware of misleading advertisment. 1x16gb NOT 2x8gb kit.
Pros: looks great and looks as expected for the price. no complaints on looks or performance. performance especially.
Cons: my only complaint or con, has nothing to do with the product, and everything to do with the misleading pics.. I needed a dual channel ram, saw the 1st pic in the advertisement showing 2 sticks. I thought it was a 2x8gb kit, so I ordered it. when the mail came, I opened it up, ripped the ram out of the package, put one stick into my pc, marveled at it's beauty for a moment. went looking for the other stick to complete the beauty. looked high, and low, under the packaging, inside the packaging, under the furniture, in the sink, microwave, bathtub, etc. and then, only then I decided to read the package, and saw.... it was only a single 16gb stick of ram.
Overall Review: other then the misleading display of advertising the product. I plan on buying another stick when ever I can afford to invest into upgrading again. because the ram it's self is good performing ram. right out of the box beat the XPG spectrix D41 3000mhz 4x8gb kits of ram I had in single channel performance. needless to say, know this is just a single stick kit, don't allow yourself to be mislead by the initial 1st pic showing you 2 sticks like I was. otherwise, a great price to performance value and well worth the money if your only looking for a single stick.
a tight fit
Pros: the quality is great, the cushioning is amazing and soft, over all it's a great chair.
Cons: the only problem I am having with the chair, is it's kinda on the slim side. I have a size 32 waist, and shaped like a oblong triangle. the bars on the side of the seat that create the bucket feel of the seat, are right up against my hip bones if I set any other way then dead straight.
Overall Review: over all it's a great chair, just think they should make it for a little WIDER variety of people. XD if they widen those bars maybe an inch more, the chair would be near perfect. 6 months later edit: my gluteus maximus adjusted to the chair lol. this is one of the most comfortable chairs i've ever owned still. still no pillow under my gluteus maximus to add padding, for my pampered gluteus maximus. still solid as could be. so i added a egg for the durability of this chair. if i'm awake, i'm setting in it. in my moms basement, being a SIKBW. changed review.
Pros: amazing rgb colors great performance can be connected to argb 3pin on motherboard pushes 4k fairly well 45fps min in all games i've tossed at it. didn't like the original version without the rgb fans. but adding the fans has completed this gpu's look
Cons: didn't come with the 3pin female to female rgb connector, and had a hard time finding one. all I found was a 1 3pin to 5 3pin female to female adaptor cable. edit 6 months later: this GPU runs extremely hot. forcing a black screen, that i have to do a hard reset to fix. anytime the GPU's hot spot would hit 95c, it starts stuttering and getting lag right before it crashes my pc. messaged sapphire about it, asking them how to fix it. before trying to send it back, and was left on red. been over a month now since their last reply, with no solutions. needless to say i found a fix. first one is removing the side of my rosewill midtower case with 8 fans, 5 in, 3 out. even removed the foam from the front panel for better airflow, and the back fan alone constantly rattles the window blinds behind it it pushes out so much air. but i have to have the side off my PC for this GPU to work properly. then i had to undervolt the GPU -100mV, just to keep this GPU stable. i didn't really want to send the GPU back, because it's all i got. but with sapphire lack of communication for customer support in fixing this issue. pretty sure this will be the last sapphire GPU i buy from sapphire. i've had 5-6 sapphire GPU's, and never a problem. was a HUGE fan. but, the one time i have to deal with their customer service, they leave me on red? i'm good. i'll deal with this GPU for now. but never again. otherwise, the GPU is great. after you fix ell the overvolting. but stock, out of the box? not even close to stable. mines prolly just a dud, they didn't want to deal with. i was told the hotspot isn't what i need to be monitoring. ok i get that. but i monitor my temps all the time. and as soon as the hotspot hits 95c, it starts messing up, and then black screens. the core temp only hits about 75-80c, when it black screens. but yeah, all eggs removed for lack of support, and leaving me on red with absolutely no solution.
Overall Review: over all the card is great. but, they need to do something about them stock settings. and customer service.
best for the money
Pros: 16400dpi tons of programmable buttons user friendly software multiple color configurations braided cord 1/2 the price of a razer naga & logitech g600 with more functions decent build quality
Cons: not so much a con, but as most of the mouse feels good and has a good build quality. the red plastic at the bottom of the mouse looks and feels like cheap plastic. but thats not really a big deal if it is. it still serves it's purpose. i mean it is only a mouse after all. and i don't see the cheap looking plastic breaking anytime soon.
Overall Review: my wife got the utechsmart venus gaming mouse that is the exact same thing just made by utechsmart., has the same features and specs and same basic look. but has a better build quality feel to it. but this one is still just as nice. i would suggest this one for the red and black color scheme, witch is why i got this one over the utechsmart venus. the colors matched my PC scheme perfectly with the red/black body and blue lights. but if you want a sturdy build feel i would suggest the utechsmart venus over this mouse. just keep in mind when i say sturdy feel i am specifically talking about the red plastic underneath the mouse. the rest of the mouse feels very sturdy and good build quality. also wanted to mention to change the color of the wheel with out it changing the dpi setting, there is a button at the bottom that can be pressed to achieve this. or you can set the dpi for that color to what you want in the software
finally a green card
Pros: finally a green gpu to match my wife's PC colors runs very nice and quite, well built. upgrade for wifes pc from a gtx 570.
Cons: performs better then avg, on my pc with a i7 3770k @4.0 ghz. but barely out performs a single r9 270x when the gtx 960 is paired with a AMD 1090t BE 6 core cpu even oc'ed @ 4.0 ghz. to get full performance out of this GPU you obviously need a Intel CPU. sorry AMD CPU users :0(. not 4gb or better
Overall Review: it's about time a company made some green components for a pc besides just lights. wish manufacturers would give a color variety on all parts they sell, to go with different color themed PC's then the basic red and blue. so lets get some purple, orange, yellow in here too. hell bet pink would be a big seller too. just sayin :0)
