-LED's that can be turned off.
Cons: -Insanely huge ( I imagine all 1080's are just as big)
-$$$( I highly recomend the 1070 if you have less money than sense
Other Thoughts: I bought this baby to power my Acer Predator Z35. I wanted to take advantage of the 144-200herts. This card does that and does it well. If you're running a 1920x1080 display, I can't see any reason you'd buy this over the 1070 besides just having lots of money and wanting to be set for the future. All in all, this card is great over all. The card runs cool, quiet and really puts down the power. It's a great product and I hope it last a long long time. If you can afford it, you will love it. If you're on a budget, I'd get a 1070 and an SSD.
Corsair 250D: This case is oddly hard to find video card info on. I feel like they measured the space the card sits in without actually test fitting the card. This card has recessed power connections and it's not to tall to fit. To get this card to fit, I did have to remove the front fan. Once it is in, just set the fan up and hope you never have to remove it!
Pros: -They seem to be pretty sturdy but i wouldn't kick them around
-They sound great for headphones
-They charge off a micro usb and still work while charging
-G keys are pretty cool
-Wireless range is pretty good for me
-light to tell when your mic is shut off.
Cons: -They use 2.4 ghz (same as microwaves, cordless phones and routers) Though for my tests, i had to be pretty much standing right next to the microwave for it to be an issue. A WRT54G router sits on my desk and no problems.
-They can be a little heavy
(Edit) I am writing to update. I used these for 6 months ish and eventually I broke the mic because I set it down slightly weird. I Ziptied them back back together and I use the set on my other PC. I ordered a refurbished set for my main pc from "Another Site" and those headphones broke at the piece that connects the driver to the headband. I used some hot glue but I don't see it holding for to long. When are we going to get a solid, metal or high quality polymer (think the plastics used on hand guns) headset? 5Ghz? replaceable battery? All features we can easily make and many would pay for...
Other Thoughts: To Logitech and anyone looking to steal their customers, Below is a list of features most people want to see:
- High quality Polymer or Metal construction. Something that could survive a fall or 2
- 5Ghz Wireless - yes range goes down but it's less crowded and there would be less interference issues.
- Replaceable parts - If you're going to use cheap, low quality plastic, let us buy the pieces to replace when they break, which they will.
- Cloth ear cups - The cheap fake leather doesn't fool anyone...it just makes me hot and uncomfortable, and then, it starts to peel and shred leaving little bits all over.
- Hinge less - If you're going to use cheap plastic for hinges, don't use hinges at all.
Things most people don't care for:
- LED's/Lighting - I can't see them when they are on my head...seriously??
- awful marketing - Make a product that doesn't suck. People really want a good high quality headset and would be willing to pay for it.
Pros: it's cheap...
maybe it works with other cpu's
Cons: This thing has given me nothing but problems. I bought it with some ram that is 1.35 volts and i thought that was the issue. I tried changing settings and even pulling working 1.5v ram from a system that was running. no dice. Then i dug around for their phone number and called it. the lady tried to be helpful and she thought my card reader was the problem. It's still broken and I now am going to just buy a new board. The system just hangs and now i can't get into windows.
Other Thoughts: As it is, I used to be a fan but now, the board is pointing me elsewhere. I highly doubt they will work with me and honestly, the issues aren't worth my time. I'll just buy a board from another company and see where it goes.READ FULL REVIEW
