Avoid like the plauge
Pros: Cheap, no need for external power.
Cons: As others have stated this card under any load beyond windows produces white lines across the screen and will ocasionally flash.
Overall Review: Never had any problems with BFGTech untill this card, great customer service, just a faulty card.
First item ever returned to Newegg
Pros: 5 Buttons Mouse wheel is responsive and click-able without scrolling Mouse is VERY large, you will need big hands to use Adjustable cord location
Cons: Software is useless, windows mouse properties has more settings. With all weights installed mouse is still to light Can not disable red glow Buttons feel cheap Awkward button positions Must cycle between all DPI levels to decrees DPI one level Mouse wheel has a lot of side to side play without side scrolling
Overall Review: The latest version of the software from Corsairs website (2.0) looks like a visual basic horror show. There is only one DPI slider visible and it does not seem to change anything on the mouse. The only options in the software that seem to work are button mappings, but with only 5 buttons available there isn't any reason to change them. The finger rest to the right of the right click button is easily mistaken for the actual location of the right mouse button. I have fairly large hands and still have to adjust my mouse grip to hit the forward most side button. The DPI button is in such an awkward location there is no way to press it without removing your hand completely, which you will need to do to check the DPI level. After having a Corsair headset fall apart for no reason and seeing how cheap this mouse and software are this will be the last Corsair accessory I buy.
