Question 1

I just bought this (CP1000PFCLCD version)

and the full title says "CyberPower CP1000PFCLCD UPS 1000VA / 600W PFC compatible Pure Sine Wave w/ USB Charging Ports"

but the picture of the CP1000 version doesn't show any usb charging ports, only the 1350 and 1500 ones do.

Is that a mistake by newegg?

Now I'm very confused. The images for the "CP1000PFCLCD"  "1000VA"  Item Number N,eight,two,E,one,six,eight,four,two,one,zero,two,one,three,two definitely show 1x TypeA and 1x TypeC USB ports on the front, AND the "Specs" section says under the "Details" Heading
"Interface Port: 1 Type A, 1 Type C, 1 Dry Contact"
EVERYTHING claims this has 2x USB ports on the front panel.
(Note: I had to enter the Newegg Item number in alpha because darn system thinks I tried to enter a phone number and wouldn't let me submit it.)

Question 2

Does this UPS condition the power to a true sine wave even when not on battery power? In other words is this a power conditioner/surge suppressor/battery backup in one?

Most models are line interactive, which is what that guy is asking, some give the option for standby or line interactive. Their WEB site explains this.

Definitions (from a BLOG): 
Line-interactive - In the consumer world, there are three major types of UPS units: standby, line-interactive, and double conversion ("online"). Standby runs wall power straight to the device with minimal filtering unless it detects a major voltage change. Then it switches to battery. Line-interactive is the same, except with a filtering transformer between the wall and the device to handle most voltage variations. In an area with dirty power, line-interactive units won't cycle to battery power as often. With clean power, there's no practical difference between the two. Double-conversion means the battery always powers the device and wall power only charges the battery. The isolation is helpful for sensitive things, but less efficient because the wall power is perpetually converted from AC to DC and back to AC. The heavy-duty inverter this type requires also tends to increase cost and noise.

Question 3

Does this unit have 5 battery back up plugs and 5 surge protected plugs?

Yes it does. Some plugs are a little close, and you're not supposed to plug in a power strip, but for low-power devices running on a strip and large-draw devices plugged in directly it won't matter much.

Question 4

Does it have a fan? Hate fan noise!

I do not believe it has a fan.  It is generally perfectly quiet.  When switching to and from battery you do hear the click of the relay.  While on battery you do hear a hum.  There is the alarm, but that can be turned off.

Question 5

I keep seeing versions with and without Coaxial connections. Does this unit have Coax support?

Yes - but you would have gotten the answer much quicker had you bothered to look at the pics, description, and specs for the unit on the Newegg website...............................

What happens if it is overloaded for a long period of time?

I would like to answer your question, but you left out a LOT of facts.
What do you mean by "overloaded"? Do you mean while the mains are on and the all the things you have connected to the AC output exceed the ratings of the unit? Or, do you mean overloaded AFTER the unit has switched to battery power?
However, the answer is probably obvious.  If overloaded on the mains side, the breaker will shut it off.  If overloaded on the output side runningon battery, the battery will discharge and the output will drop out.

Is this ups compatable with windows 10?

Question 8

I bought this unit and the power panel software disc is for Windows only. How do I get a Mac version?

You don't need a Mac version, it's built into the OS X operating system.

Question 9

The unit beeps every 45 seconds, seems for no good reason, all functions seem to be working fine, with good readings on the digital screen, so why the beep?

I have this same unit. I don't know why it beeps every 45 seconds. Mine never did that. Try checking the manual for clues. If the unit is working normally though, it is possible to turn off the beep sound. I turned my sounds off as I don't really need to hear it. It's obvious there's a power failure since all the power to the house is gone. It's very annoying when you're asleep too. The unit has memory also so that it won't beep again unless you turn the sound back on. I know since I've had a few power failures and the unit will remember not to beep.

add says 10 outlets , but I only see 8 ? in picture of back .

There are indeed 10 outlets - 5 on the left 5 on the right. In the picture of the back that red warning label is covering 2 outlets (it's a simple warning, just peel it off and there's your other 2 outlets).
