Pros: It is easier to use the double than to save a little and buy them separate. The chance of success was better for me to use the double pack than to buy singles.

Overall Review: Swapping the battery on my CyberPower 1500AVR was waaaay easier than I thought it would be. Unplug unit, one screw in the bottom to pop the faceplate, two wire clips, swap and reassamble. I shouldn't have put this off for months.

Overall Review: The product did not arrive in factory new condition. The tape holding the two batteries together looked as if it had been removed and then reapplied. The tape was not sticky and did not hold the batteries together properly when put back into the case. Needed several adjustments to fit properly for the cover to be re-installed. After 3 days of operation, the whole unit shut down, and I had to reinsert the batteries again to get it back up. I suspect this was a returned unit that was re-shipped to me by the seller without a complete refurb. It was not represented as used.

Pros: Works great, a lot cheaper than buying a new UPS.

Overall Review: CyberPower has a good rep in my personal life and I have been pushing Cyberpower products at work, where appropriate. Good enough to stake your professional reputation on.

Cons: The battery assembly did not have the molded 2-prong connector as comes on the UPS. It was not a plug & play assembly. The assembly I received had the standard spade connectors. I had to disassemble the assembly and use the molded connector that came with my UPS. If you are not a technician, I do not recommend replacing the connectors. I am a EE.

Overall Review: I suggest buying the individual batteries for replacement as I just did on my second CyberPower UPS.
