Does this pc take an Ethernet cable?

Yes, i ordered this model and i love it, there is no wireless receiver however so you will have to wire in. Buy more ddr4 ram and you'll be set.

Question 2

How many output ports are there? Only one being the HDMI port? As in is there a VGA port or something else to potentially use two monitors?

There are 4 hdmi ports on the radeon graphics card, and one on the mobo, although I wouldn't suggest using that one. I didn't see any vga ports. I bought this pc bc it was only $70 more to build myslef for the parts without including the case. I play bf1/skyrim on ultra and everything is fast. I completely recommended it to you.

Does this computer support wifi?

You will need to buy a wifi adapter as it does not come with one. I just use a USB adapter and it works great- love this computer for gaming!

does anyone know the frames this runs league of legeneds at?

I dunno about League specifically but it runs World of Tanks HD client at 120fps.  I have not had trouble playing any game I've put on it at Ultra settings. (Fallout 4, WoW, WoT, The Isle, Subnautica, ARK and a few others)

is it overclockable? and if so, how much, and how do i do so?

It is 6600k so it is a very good chip to overclock if you have a cooler to boot.  This comes with a stock intel cooler so you would need to upgrade that before you overclock.  There are videos Paul's Hardware has a good guide on overclocking this chip.  This is plenty fast no overclock but if you'd like to do it it is definitely an option.
