Pros: Fast Shipping. Fast refund....I do like my Acer monitor though.
Cons: Everything...Recieved computer, plugged it in, got no video. Called Cyberpower, they had me move the video card to another slot. Then they had me remove and switch the memory sticks. Still didn't work. They asked that I ship it to them. But, I called Newegg and sent it back to them for a replacement. They sent another, but I had the same problem. The replacement looked like it might have been the same computer I returned the first time. So, I had to send this one back for a refund. Newegg refunded my money very fast.
Overall Review: The first computer had one SATA cord unplugged and a power cord to the hard drive unplugged. Even after fixing these problems, the computer still didn't work. I did not even open the second computer when it did not work, I just sent it back. I will not order a Cyberpower computer again. Maybe I'll try the Gateway (good price).
