question on the processor, the ad says its 8320, but the pictures and several reviews said it came with an 8120. what is correct?

My CyberpowerPC came with the AMD FX 8120 Eight-Core processor 3.10 GHz, 8.00 GB RAM and 64Bit Operating system. The PC has operated flawlessly!!!

Does it have built in wifi?

No, it doesn't. I bought a USB wifi dongle and it works great. You plug it into one of the USB ports and it solves the problem. Just make sure you download the drivers off of Rosewill's website instead of using the ones on the disc. The ones on the disc do not work.

Is this Overclockable?

Yes it is for a short answer. It comes with its pre-installed software for overclocking which is fine if you want to go from 3.1 to 3.5 ghz. I would recommend a water cooling system if your planning to go higher than that but otherwise its a very nice machine and yes it is overclockable. Hope it helped!

is it fx 8320 or 8120?

Well when I bought it in June it was an 8120 at least

What size is the side fan?

120mm with a second empty 120 mount just below it.
