Does this come with a disk or external drive with the OS on it?  As there is no disk/optical drive and there is no SSD, how am I going to load the OS onto the new SSD that will go into the rig before it is booted the first time?

I am wondering about the motherboard, because I would like to know if it can handle more than 32GB of RAM.  Can NewEgg answer that question?  I have Windows 10 Pro installed, so any limitation would come from, I presume, the motherboard.
