Do operating systems come installed?

Yes, the OS, Windows 8.1 came installed.  All you have to do is plug the power cord into the wall and turn it on.  You have to register the Windows OS with MS though.  The registration number is on the MS sticker on the lower right case panel of the case.  It is simple to do.  A screen comes up from MS when you are connected to the internet, then just type in the number.

Does this computer comes with Windows 8.1 DVD? Or Windows pre installed?

Windows 8.1 is pre-installed.  It also comes with a Windows 8.1 recovery DVD, which includes the media pre-installed on the computer.  I have not have to use this DVD (knock on wood), so I have not personally confirmed what content is on it.  I will say the actual disk has "Windows 8.1" printed directly on it.

Question 3

If I buy this system, will it come with win8.1 disc? I  like to reload win8.1 when there is a virus attack or simply like to reload the window for a clean start after sometimes.

I don't recall my computer coming with a Windows 8.1 disc. That being said, I have not had any issues with it so far.

this item says its equipped with Window 8.1--does this mean it is installed or just a trial period?

Installed. I think you're given 2 weeks to register it, but good to go after that. No additional charge.

Would you need to upgrade a power supply for this? 350W doesn't sound too good for what what it's running on.

I've had this computer since Black Friday of 2013 and have never had any issues with the Power Supply. Any prebuilt branded computer should have all the components it needs to function.

One issue to note about this computer is that cyberpowerpc for whatever reason doesn't activate Windows 8 and when you try to activate it yourself, you'll get an invalid product key error likely due to it being used too many times so If you don't want an activation screen popping up every few hours, you'll need to buy a Windows 8.1 Product Key

What processor? in the header says it is I7 4790k and elsewhere, but when explained the "Gamer Xtreme H710" in one part says "Featuring ultra-powerful the 4th Generation Intel Core i7-4770K quad core processor"

Mine has a 4770k, though, at the time I bought it the header listed it as 4770k.  It may be that they simply updated the product and the header to match it, I'm not sure.

how big is the case?

It is a full size case; however, the micro mother board makes annoyance for 16 gigs of ram. ( just have to get 2 8 gig sticks of ram, more expensive than if it fit 4 ). I purchased this and I have had it 6 months ish, best investment I made on a computer.

can we upgrade the graphics card?

Yes. That was the only item we changed when we bought it.  My son actually plays with a few pro gammers and loves this P.C.. Hopes this helps.

For the graphics card would I be able to upgrade it to the EVGA GTX 780?

I don't know about the upgrade... what I can tell you is that this PC has been a lot of trouble.  It has been down more than it has been up.  I had to mail it back to CyberPower (at a cost to me of over $75) once and they supposedly fixed it.  The graphics simply stopped displaying one day.  They blammed it on RAM all though stangely, when my PC arrived back home, the graphics card was flopping around loose int he cabinet.  I brought this to their attention and they acted shocked (yeah sure).  I told them they didn't even screw it into the card slot and they needed to send me the screws.  THey never did.  Guess what, the graphics wen out again... so much for that RAM fix.  They have  noew sent me a new graphics card.  We have  been running it about a week.  Let's hope it works this time. We have been running games like ARMA, World of Tanks and a RC airplane simulator - Real Flight 7.
