Yes it is liquid cooled, and a very clean setup with nice routing. This thing never even gets warm.

On max settings. I play war thunder skyrim the witcher 3 all on max and it is always 60fps or more. War thunder runs at up to 1000fps even.

LED fans came with it. The power supply I got in it was called "High Power." Never heard of it, but I've had it since I got it on Cyber Monday and haven't had any issues whatsoever with it. Works like a charm.
