Does the NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 6 GB GDDR5 card come with 1 cooling fan or 2 cooling fans?

It comes with one fan. But I haven't had any issues with it overheating. The temperature is roughly around 34 to 56, the highest I have seen it go. I use speccy to monitor while I play as well.

Does this PC really have a 350W Power Supply?

yes, however its not a problem unless you plan to replace parts or get new ones. its a non name brand so i would recommend getting a better one asap, random named ones tend to burn out quickly but this should not effect anything els. I'm new to pc so if someone els think/knows I'm wrong let me know :)

Does this computer come with a wifi card?

No it does not come with an internal PCI/PCI-E Wifi Card. You can buy either a USB Wifi adapter device or purchase Wifi card and install it in the computer.
