Does this rig come with bloatware? Is it custom made ?

All I can see is within a month the case fans died and after a few months, the hard drive irrecoverably crashed, forcing me to get a new one (upgraded to a nice 1Tb SSD). Cheap hardware... you get what you pay for.  Graphic card is nice (so far).

I’ve used NewEgg a lot, but feel like I got screwed on this one.  FYI.

Will this be enough processing power for years down the road? I plan to keep this PC for at least 5 years.

It all depends, If you intend to play the latest and greatest games in 5 years on their highest graphics levels. No, most likely you will not. But if you are content to playing the games in 5 years at reduced levels. I'd say yes this computer is very powerful and is easily upgrade able.

I'd recommend getting an SSD and reinstall windows on that drive.

In all, this computer for the price is a good deal and only complaint i have with it is the lack of SSD and the basic fan on the CPU. Those two upgrades are very easy and i would highly recommend it.

Yes, it does have a regular display port. 
I'm using the HDMI on a 4k TV, that works great.
LOVE the computer. To be fair, it was for my son, and I'm not an expert, but it came on time, was easy to setup, he hasn't had any issues, so ALL good. :)

No. You'll need to get a separate internal or USB adapter if you want to get wifi on it. Same for Bluetooth as well.

No, i believe it only has 1 PCI 16 slot for a graphics card. Igoogled the motherboard (B25M BAZOOKA). It does have 2 extra PCI-e card slots...

Most likely the PS is either a Cyberpower branded OEM unit or Thermaltake. It seems if there is a Corsair or other standard name we all recognize as good to great quality. They all seem to be approximately 600 watts Bronze 80-plus power supplies on systems like this one. On my last Cyberpower system, I immediately removed and replaced the power supply with a "better version." Five years and a bit the unit I removed and installed into a office machine and it is still running strong. The "better" one I installed as a replacement is still running 5+ years later! Ironic. I am purchasing the machine you are looking into and I am going to see how the included power supply performs before I think of replacing. I understand I did not provide you with a precise answer but I do hope at least some of my response was of use.

I currently run 2 off this rig, might be able to get a 3rd off the mother board and integrated graphics... it wouldnt be great FPS on that one but for chat or surfing the web.

What brand of parts are most commonly used in this PC? Is there a lot of Corsair or Kingston used or is it generic off brand parts that you normally wouldn't use.

The motherboard is MSI, the video card is Gigabyte, the RAM is generic, and I immediately swapped out the HDD for a SSD that I already had, so I don't even know who made it. As far as I'm concerned, making the SSD swap is almost mandatory. I'm not sure about the power supply...it's under a metal cover that I haven't pried off
