What cpu cooler comes with the computer?  The pictures are not helpful as one shows a cooler master air cooler but another shows an NXZT liquid cooler

The CPU cooler comes with an air cooler.  The case is designed to support a liquid coolor, and the PC is shipped in the case box which has a picture of the liquid cooler on it, so that might be the source of the confusion.

Question 2

My question is would it be cheaper to buy all the parts separate or do I get a discount for buying this specific package?

This is my first PC. And I feel like my research is totally inconclusive.

I priced the parts with pcpartspicker after buying it, and the price was essentially the same as the sum of the parts.  Since it comes assembled and with a warranty, I'm happy with the purchase.

Is this using DDR3 or DDR4 memory because the title and specs say different?

This uses DDR4.  It is an LGA2011v32 processor with an X99 motherboard.

Does this PC come with an Optical Drive? CD/DVD? I really want to purchase it but I don't think an External Drive is very convenient or nearly as fast as a SATA connected OD.

USB3.0 optical drive should be just as fast as SATA; optical drives don't read very quickly.

Ok so my question is that it says 8gb DDR3 in the title but in the specs and the pics it says DDR$ so which is it?
