Yes, this PC should be able to play GTA5 at the highest settings without any problems.

Is a 430w Power Supply enough for this machine? Or should I really think about upgrading to a higher calibur power supply to be safe?

It is fine, but if you wish to get more powerful video card or what not, you might need to buy power supple than.

Can an SSD card be added to this? Like if I want to buy one and install it is that possible with the motherboard?

Yes, the motherboard will support SSD storage. The only catch is that you'll need a set of conversion rails to make one of the 3.5" mounting spaces shrink down to support the 2.5" SSD
