PC game discs work perfectly on it but when I try to put in a DVD, the drive will not read the DVD at all? I've tried several DVDs none will read, it's like the drive is empty.

We use the DVD player with no problem.  Tried several and they work fine.  Sounds like something is not working on your DVD player.  It should open up in Windows media player.

How easy is it to add a wireless adapter to this? Also, which one would you suggest that's less than 50 but still works great?

I would use a usb wireless adapter. That is way too easy to install.

Question 3

Says it has 1 HDMI port, but it came with 2 & one port only works?

There is a HDMI for the dedicated graphics card and then one for the integrated. You can only use one at a time. If you aren't using your dedicated gpu then you can use the integrated one on your mobo.

I understand that the psu would probably run it fine, but it seems like its a bit low wattage it seems like it would need at least a 550, is there a way to replace the psu easily without having to take the whole PC apart?

The psu is the easiest component to change in a computer aside from your gpu and cd-rom drives and etc. All you would have to do is disconnect a few power connectors on the mother board and from the gpu and pull out the psu and plop in the new one. But the psu it has is plenty enough unless you are looking to upgrade further.

How is on overheating from extended game play? Does it have a sufficient cooling/fan system?

It has 1 front fan and one rear exhaust fan. I personally would find ways to install more. It will do just fine with the components it has, but any more, like future upgrades such as cross-firing, it will need more cooling. For instance, with mine, I cut out the side where it is perforated and put a clear plexiglas window with slots for 2-120mm fans. This is a great machine all in all. I would highly recommend it!

Is it possible for GTX 760 2gb to be powered by a simple 450 Watt power supply? I would think it would need more power.

This computer has all of the power it needs. It kicks butt for computer games. I play WOW with the settings on max and it runs like a champ. No power issues at all. All I did was add two dual 8GB memory cards to up the total to 16GB and POW it rocks.
