Yes, it does. They're just a standard keyboard and mouse. Pretty basic, but will get the job done. Most of the worth is in the pc itself. I bought it back in march and it's running like a champ, and hasn't given me any problems. I play almost all of my games on ultra high graphics with really no need for an upgrade for a long while.

that game is a console port so most definitely. ive been running games with way higher requirements like arma 3 no problem. if you do spring for this i recommend adding some more ram but other than that it will run pretty much anything you throw at it.

Will this PC run WoW and D3 and on what level of res?

It will run any blizzard game. My graphics are on high, that's what's "recommended". But you might be able to go higher, I just haven't tried.

The description states 2 mem slots and 16G total, but looking at the photos there seem to be 4 slots and the MB model supports up to 32G based on the manufacturer website. Does this have a different MB than in the photos or is it just a typo in the specs?

It says that it comes with genuine Windows 10. However, mine says that its not genuine and that I need to put in a license key OR purchase the genuine windows 10. What do I do here?

That means Microsoft Windows needs activated. There is a product key on the right-hand side of the PC tower that needs to be input. If there is a silver Microsoft sticker covering up two sets of digits, please scratch it off GENTLY to reveal the rest of the key.
